Refund policy
Returns
All items are considered a final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged or refunded unless damaged or defective upon receipt and it is not possible to replace the item in any way. This can include all items available on Shopify and custom orders where you’ve selected color, print, finish, material, size, and/or configuration. After a product has left our facility, we are not responsible for any damages to your items. We will not replace, refund, or exchange your damaged products after they have left our facility. We encourage you to inspect all products before you pick them up or as soon as they are delivered to you.
A replacementis only issued in the case of defective or damaged merchandise before leaving our facility that we are unable to replace.
Shipping Damages
Damage claims through shipping must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to process a proper claim. We ask that you inspect the packaging and items immediately upon receipt and indicate on the packaging and/or paperwork from the freight or shipping company that delivered if there is any visible damage. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt to report damages or defects. Please send us up to 3 digital photos, including one photo of the box that the item was shipped to info@nextgendisplays.ca. Make sure to keep all original packaging material.
We will do our very best to promptly arrange a replacement if a claim approved and is reported in this time period.
To complete your replacement, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to Nextgen Displays LTD without first contacting our customer support and have the approval to send the item back.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@nextgendisplays.com.
Sale and discounted items (if applicable)
All sales and discounted items are considered final sale; no refund or exchange will be accepted.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Upon approval, we will only replace regular priced items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@nextgendisplays.com before you ship your exchange, and then send your item to 116 Howden Road, Toronto ON M1R 3E4, Canada.
Shipping
To return your product, you must contact us at sales@nextgendisplays.com and have a return approval before you ship your item. You should mail your product to 116 Howden Road, Toronto ON M1R 3E4, Canada. If the product(s) are damaged in shipping your return, you will be held liable for those damages and your refund will be canceled.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
