Shipping policy

SECTION 1 - PICK-UP IN STORE

*business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or any Holiday.

All products are made-to-order and we will need 5 - 7 business days before your items will be made available for pick-up. Any orders that are custom and/or include circular white plinths in any size will take 7 - 10 business days to process. Any items that we have to outsource such as metal items can take at least 2 weeks. These order completion times are solely estimates and your items may take more or less than what is stated.

All products will have the option of free pick up in store only by appointment Monday - Friday between 1:00 - 4:00 pm. If you will be unavailable during our pick-up hours, please contact us directly to have special arrangements. Your items for pick-up may have special transportation requirements, it is your responsibility to ensure your vehicle can accommodate these requirements. If your products become damaged after they have left our facility, you have 48 hours to notify us. We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund as each damage claim will be based on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for damages that occur after 48 hours and we will not replace, refund, or exchange your products.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING IN ONTARIO

As all our products are fragile and vary in shapes and sizes, specialized shipping and handling will be necessary to ship your items. All products are made-to-order and we will need 5 - 7 business days to process most standard orders. Any orders that are custom and/or include circular white plinths in any size will take 7 - 10 business days to process. Please note that these processing times only include how long it takes to create your item. Processing times do not include how long it will take to ship your product to you. Standard shipping should take about 3 business days but may take longer depending on where you are located. Large products and/or bulk orders may need a customized shipping agreement, a sales representative may contact you to discuss special shipping requirements.

We will do our best to send you your products as fast and safely as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your products will not be damaged during shipping. If your items are damaged during shipping through a third-party, you must report the damages to us and the courier company within a 48 hour period of receiving the items. We encourage you to inspect your items as soon as you receive them.

To avoid the disappointment of products not arriving early enough for your events, we encourage you to place your order as soon as possible.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING TO OTHER PROVINCES IN CANADA

We can ship your products to you anywhere in Canada. Please contact us directly at sales@nextgendisplays.ca to discuss estimated shipping rates and delivery times. Standard shipping should take about 3 business days.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING TO U.S.A.

We can ship your products to you almost anywhere in the USA. Please contact us directly at sales@nextgendisplays.ca to discuss estimated shipping rates and delivery times. Standard shipping should take 1 - 2 weeks however your items may be held at customs. If your products are held at customs we will not refund, exchange or accept any returns. We are not responsible for any of your products being held at customs, it is your responsibility to ensure you are aware and understand all fees, duties, taxes, and regulations associated with USA border customs. Any additional cost of fees, duties, and taxes are your responsibility to pay; NextGen Displays LTD. will not be held liable to pay any fees associated with border customs. Please contact your customs broker for more information on how to ship internationally.
